Who We Are

I’m Amber Dargis, founder of All Roads Home.
This business is not simply a new venture; it was created from a lifelong journey with animals — one guided by experience, compassion, and a steady desire to support animals and the people who love them through life’s transitions.

I am a Certified Veterinary Technician with over 15 years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine, spanning private practice, academia, large-animal and small-animal care, and medical device development. Each chapter has added perspective, skill, and a deeper understanding of what animals — and the people who love them — truly need during times of recovery, aging, and transition.

All Roads Home exists to support animals when care feels heavier than usual. Whether navigating recovery after surgery, the slowing pace of age, or a difficult season of change, I provide calm, experienced, in-home support shaped around the animal, the home environment, and the routines that bring comfort and peace of mind.

The roots of this work were planted long before the business itself began. Growing up on a farm instilled early lessons in responsibility, patience, and the quiet ways animals communicate their needs. Over time, those lessons grew into a professional foundation grounded in respect, observation, and gentle care.

At the heart of All Roads Home is the belief that healing is not only medical — it is emotional, environmental, and deeply personal. Animals do best when they are supported where they feel safest: at home, surrounded by the familiar.

Alongside this calling is my small family — my husband Levi, our corgi Nessa, and our horse Romeo — daily reminders of why this work matters. Above all, this journey is guided by faith, trusting that each step forward is part of something greater.

All Roads Home exists to bring experience, compassion, and steady presence into the moments that matter most — honoring every pawprint, every hoofbeat, and every story in between.
